Spot vs FareHarbor, Rezgo, Bókun and ROLLER

Booking software that also brings you travellers

FareHarbor, Rezgo, Bókun and ROLLER are all good booking software. Spot is booking software too, with a 6% customer fee on your own site and no card fees for you. On top of that, it puts your experiences in front of travellers looking for things to do in your city.

Us vs them

A €100 ticket from a traveller who found you on Spot

A customer you wouldn’t otherwise have had. Spot keeps its commission (12.5% as standard, so €87.50 reaches you), paid into your Stripe account at booking. FareHarbor has no traveller marketplace to compare with; the closest thing is selling through OTAs, which typically take a much bigger cut.

Where they’re ahead, for now

  • FareHarbor has been around since 2013 and connects to Viator, GetYourGuide, Google Things to Do and a large reseller network. It also handles waivers, pickups and rentals.
  • Rezgo has low reported fees for in-person sales (0.9%) and a long track record (since 2007).
  • Bókun is owned by Tripadvisor, so selling on Viator is its strength. If most of your bookings come from OTAs, look at it.
  • ROLLER is built for venues: point of sale, memberships, waivers and cashless wristbands. Great for attractions; heavier than a tour company needs.

We’d rather you hear it from us. We’re working on OTA connections and Google Things to Do next.

Moving from FareHarbor takes minutes

  1. Register your company and connect your Stripe account for payouts.
  2. Paste your FareHarbor link. Spot brings over your experiences, photos, prices per customer type and weekly times, as drafts.
  3. Check everything, then switch Spot booking on per experience. Until you do, your Book buttons keep going to FareHarbor.

Bókun’s prices are from bokun.io/pricing; the other companies don’t fully publish theirs, so those details come from public reviews and operators’ reports as of October 2026 and may differ for your business.
