Shoreditch murals, Brick Lane yards and three centuries of people arriving in the East End.
The East End has always been where London's newcomers landed — Huguenot weavers, Irish dockers, Jewish tailors, Bangladeshi families — and the walls are still telling the story. We walk from Shoreditch High Street through the yards off Brick Lane, reading the murals and the buildings under them. Two hours, tip-based, finishing near a bagel shop that never closes. Coming soon.
