A thousand years of the City of London, from the Tower to the river.
We start at Tower Hill on the line of the Roman wall and work through the oldest part of London: the Tower itself and what it was actually for, the bridge everybody photographs and the one that fell down, the churches Wren rebuilt after 1666, and the alleys between the banks where the money still is. Two and a half hours, all outdoors, some cobbles.
